Overview:
Busy medical office looking for experienced Medical Assistants to work side by side with our providers to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience . Our staff works together as a team to provide excellent and personalized care for patients. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about holistic and natural care, have experience working in a healthcare office, familiarity with electronic medical records, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake processes by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately.
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates to support clinical assessments.
Assist in documentation and charting.
Support physicians with clinical tasks including medication administration.
Receive and respond to follow-up and clarification questions from patients, share lab information with patients.
Assist patients with set up of patient portals.
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment by sterilizing equipment, managing supplies, and adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to discharge.

Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
